Perma Pier’s Austin landing page was generating a high volume of leads, but most were unqualified. The messaging was too generic and failed to connect with homeowners on a meaningful level.
While paid campaigns were driving traffic, the page lacked alignment with user intent – both from search ads and organic queries. This disconnect led to poor conversion quality and inefficient spend.

This shift helped better match the language users encounter when searching for foundation issues, improving relevance and engagement from the first interaction.
At the same time, we refined supporting copy to reinforce trust, urgency, and credibility – ensuring consistency between what users searched for and what they experienced on the page.
Results.
The results were immediate and substantial.
Conversion rate increased from 2% to 12.96%, representing a 548% lift. The test reached a 96.39% confidence level, validating the impact of the change.
Beyond volume, lead quality improved significantly, with a higher percentage of inquiries turning into booked jobs.
By aligning messaging with user intent and reinforcing it through both paid and organic channels, the campaign delivered a more efficient and effective lead generation funnel.
