Mr. Cabinet Care relied on a manual CRM that made it difficult to track where leads were coming from or how they performed. While paid social campaigns were generating volume, there was little visibility into which channels were actually driving booked consultations.
Additionally, there was a disconnect between paid traffic and on-site tracking, limiting insights from both paid media and organic search performance.

Using Zapier, we connected form submissions directly into their lead tracking system, creating real-time visibility into performance.
