Mr. Cabinet Care is a kitchen remodeling company serving Southern California for over 37 years. Known for full kitchen transformations, they combine craftsmanship with modern design to deliver high-quality renovations.

The Challenge.

Mr. Cabinet Care relied on a manual CRM that made it difficult to track where leads were coming from or how they performed. While paid social campaigns were generating volume, there was little visibility into which channels were actually driving booked consultations.

Additionally, there was a disconnect between paid traffic and on-site tracking, limiting insights from both paid media and organic search performance.

Without clear attribution, budget decisions lacked confidence and opportunities to scale high-performing channels were being missed.

Our Strategy.

We focused on building a more trackable and SEO-aligned foundation to support both paid and organic efforts.

First, we developed a dedicated landing page designed specifically for paid traffic, improving user experience and ensuring consistency with search intent. We then integrated UTM tracking across all paid campaigns, allowing every lead to be properly attributed back to its source.

Using Zapier, we connected form submissions directly into their lead tracking system, creating real-time visibility into performance.

From an SEO standpoint, we ensured the landing page and supporting content aligned with high-intent kitchen remodeling searches, helping improve relevance and supporting long-term visibility alongside paid efforts.

Facebook campaigns generated a higher volume of leads at a lower cost per lead, making them effective for driving initial engagement. Instagram campaigns, while producing fewer leads, delivered a higher rate of booked consultations, indicating stronger lead quality.

These insights allowed us to confidently shift budget toward higher-performing channels and optimize campaigns based on real outcomes rather than assumptions.
