About Louped.

Louped is an online marketplace for pre-owned luxury jewelry, watches, and designer pieces. The platform offers a curated, secure buying and selling experience for high-end consumers seeking authenticity and value.

The Challenge.

Louped’s paid search campaigns had become stagnant, with minimal strategic updates over time. Despite consistent monthly spend, performance had plateaued and there was limited progress in scaling revenue efficiently.

At the same time, there was an opportunity to better capture high-intent search traffic, particularly around engagement rings and specific product attributes. Organic visibility for these high-value queries was underdeveloped, limiting overall demand capture.

The goal was to reinvigorate paid performance while improving visibility across both paid and organic search.

Our Strategy.

We implemented a focused approach centered on high-intent search behavior, supported by both paid search optimization and SEO alignment.

A new Performance Max campaign was launched targeting engagement rings, segmented by key attributes like cut and style. This allowed us to better match user searches with relevant inventory and improve engagement.

We also refined existing campaigns, adjusting bid strategies to prioritize high-value queries and ensure more efficient budget allocation.

Conversion tracking was audited and improved to ensure accurate measurement of revenue and ROAS, giving clearer insight into performance.

From an SEO perspective, we aligned product and category pages with high-intent keywords, improving relevance for searches related to luxury resale and engagement rings. This helped strengthen visibility beyond paid efforts and supported long-term growth.

Within the first 60 days, the impact was significant.

Revenue from paid search increased by 45%, while ROAS improved by 80%, rising from 6.6 to 11.9.
