The client had experienced strong advertising performance in Montreal and moderate success in Toronto but struggled to replicate these results in other markets, facing prohibitively high CPAs. Despite having limitless demand and a well-established network of salvagers ready to purchase vehicles, their campaigns failed to scale effectively. The immediate need was to optimize underperforming campaigns and create a strategy to expand into new markets, leveraging their pre-sold inventory model to maximize profitability and efficiency.
How We Solved the Problems for Eco-Recycle.
To enhance campaign performance and drive better results, we focused on a comprehensive account setup and optimization strategy. We built new SKAG (Single Keyword Ad Group) format campaigns to ensure precise targeting and improved quality scores. Targeted ad groups were created based on keywords with historical data indicating a low CPA, allowing for more efficient spend. Compelling ad copy was crafted to highlight EcoRecycle’s unique value proposition, ensuring the messaging resonated with the target audience. Additionally, we optimized ad extensions such as sitelinks, callouts, and structured snippets to enhance ad visibility, increase relevance, and drive higher engagement. This approach was designed to maximize campaign effectiveness and deliver improved conversion rates.
Results of Paid Search Optimization for Eco-Recycle.
The account optimization efforts successfully led to a significant reduction in CPAs across multiple regions. In Montreal, the strategy delivered 20 conversions with a remarkably low CPA of $11.69, showcasing the effectiveness of targeted optimization. Similarly, in Toronto, 11 conversions were achieved at a CPA of $29.39, further validating the success of the adjustments. These results highlight the campaign’s ability to drive conversions at a significantly lower cost across diverse markets.
