Active Skin Repair began partnering with Black Propeller in October 2023, a traditionally slow season that added an extra layer of challenge to the initial launch. Compounding the issue, the account was previously managed with overlapping audiences and minimal creative testing, making it difficult to reach the right prospects and maximize campaign performance.
